Abstract: The paper introduced a cotton/polyamide filament interwoven double-layer fabric. It explained the technical requirements on warp and weft preparation such as warping and sizing, some design considerations,tips and main technical parameters for loom set in weaving process as well as solutions for solving high weft stoppage and baggy selvage problems. The cotton/polyamide interwoven double-layer fabric shows different looks in two different surfaces, one has cotton aspect, which can satisfy people’s pursuit of natural and rustic look; and the other has the look of fine polyamide filament fabric: fine and smooth and bright in color, which can meet people’s needs for comfortable, natural, artistic and healthy fashion.
