Abstract: In this paper, KES-F fabric evaluation system is used to investigate the 16 mechanical properties (including tensile and shearing performance, bending performance, compressing performance, surface performance, etc.) of five kinds of dope-dyed polyester/cotton/bamboo blended wool-like fabric and the method of Japanese Kawabata is used to calculate the basic and integrated handle styles. The results show that the performance of the tested fabrics can basically meet the requirements for men’s suiting for autumn/winter season, in which, the No. 5 sample fabric has the best style and higher wool-like aspect.
