Abstract: Five kinds of viscose/coffee carbon acrylic blended knitted fabrics are developed on circular knitting machine and they are then dyed and finished. Properties such as bursting strength, wear resistance,thermal insulation, moisture permeability and moisture conductivity of these fabrics are tested. The test results show that coffee carbon blended fabrics are better than cotton fabric in terms of wear resistance,thermal insulation and comfort property and they are suitable for making thermal underwear for winter season.
