Abstract: The current global situation sees frequent accidents involving hazardous chemicals and an increasing severity of biochemical threats, leading to a growing demand for protective equipment in China.Against this backdrop, this article introduces the common materials used in both conventional and novel encapsulating chemical protective suits. It explores the current research on chemical protective suits in China and abroad and summarizes relevant processes and characteristics. By integrating real-world application scenarios, the article analyzes the existing deficiencies and related issues in encapsulating chemical protective suits and looks forward to future development trends, so as to provide a basis for relevant research and application.
