Abstract: In recent years, the Chinese authorities have been implementing a plan to diversify product variety, improve quality, and cultivate brand for consumer goods nationwide. Following the “Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy”, Hunan Province is concentrating on the high-quality development of the textile industry. By focusing on developing businesses, Hunan Province has creatively implemented a program to support leading textile companies. Through various initiatives, an effective mechanism for nurturing these enterprises has been established. At present, the textile industry in Hunan Province has significantly enhanced its competitiveness, showing an overall trend of improving quality and efficiency. In this context, the article suggests that developing benchmark textile companies is a key aspect of the action plan focused on diversifying product range, enhancing quality, and building brands. This insight holds significant value for advancing the textile industry.
