Abstract: The paper centers on two key elements that have a profound effect on the quality of our products - surface style and thickness index - as they pertain to the manufacturing of pearl-patterned spunlace nonwovens. Through the control of parameters such as fiber blending ratio, carded fiber percentage, drawing,water pressure, and moisture content, the paper compares the experimental data and diversified styles and analyzes relevant reasons, so as to improve the product quality to meet different needs of customers.
