Abstract: The article examines the development concepts, important control measures, and analysis of key indicators for Gracell® fiber products in the home textiles industry, drawing on relevant industry practices.Firstly, market demand oriented research was conducted on the characteristics of Gracell® fiber. Based on customer needs, technical research was conducted on the common key issues of poor washing dimensional stability and anti-pilling performance of regenerated cellulose fibers, as well as pure Gracell® high-count production. The analysis involved assessing the main technical parameters, control requirements, and key technical indicators of each stage. By achieving the desired development goals, valuable insights were obtained that can serve as a reference for the development and use of Gracell® fiber in the home textiles industry.
