Study on Durability of Conductive Nanocarbon Composite Yarns

Abstract: This paper studied the preparation method of conductive liquid by combining resin emulsion and nanocarbon dispersion as well as the preparation process of conductive yarns and discussed the effects of different yarn base materials and the concentration ratio of resin emulsion to nanocarbon dispersion on the color fastness to rubbing and washing of conductive yarns. The results showed that within the yarn requirements and under the same preparation process, the lower the linear density of the base materials of yarn, the higher the filament numbers, and the higher the liquid content of the yarn, resulting in a better finishing effect. And the suitable concentration ratio of resin emulsion and nanocarbon dispersion is 2:8. Under this context, the electric resistance of conductive yarn is low and the change rate of color fastness to rubbing and to washing is also low.
