Abstract: People pay ever more attention to safety protection with the progress in society. Their demand for cut-resistant safety and protective textiles is increasing day by day. Therefore, related research on its development and application has important practical significance. Taking functional masterbatch and semi-dull PA chips as raw materials, the paper studied the effect of the addition of functional masterbatch on the molecular weight, mechanical properties and spinnability of the cut-resistant modified nylon 6 fulldrawn yarn. Results showed that different amount of cut-resistant masterbatch has a great impact on the tensile properties of the anti-cutting modified nylon 6 full-drawn yarn. Under the same spinning process, the more addition of the anti-cutting masterbatch, the lower breaking strength of the cut-resistant modified nylon 6 full-drawn yarn. And the elongation at break gradually increases, but it has little effect on the unevenness of the fiber and the uniformity of dyeing. When the additive amount is 7%, the cut-resistant performance of the prepared anti-cutting modified nylon 6 full-drawn yarn can reach level B, and its physical properties can meet the requirements of use and the spinning condition is good.
