Abstract: Based on the previous research on the process of carbon fiber pultrusion for wind turbine blades, the fiber performance test, carbon fiber pultrusion production test, and carbon beam performance test of two kinds of domestic carbon fiber produced by Weihai Guangwei Composite Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Weihai Guangwei”) and Jilin Jinggong Carbon Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jilin Jinggong”) were carried out. And the paper also compared them with carbon fibers produced by Formosa Plastics Group. Results indicated that the performance of carbon fibers produced by Weihai Guangwei and Jilin Jinggong can meet the material requirements of carbon beam pultrusion production. And the performance of carbon beam is basically equivalent to that of carbon beam made by Formosa Plastics Group, which has good stability that can meet the requirements of wind turbine blades. Domestic carbon fiber should further improve its processing and conduct research on 48K/50K carbon fiber to further enhance production efficiency.
