Abstract: The key to the design of the let-off mechanism of the air-jet loom is how to control the warp to obtain the tension needed for weaving. The servo electronic let-off control system of ZAX9100 air-jet loom made by Tsudakoma is a relatively advanced let-off device at present. It can automatically adjust the warp run-in and warp tension and then keep it constant. Domestic enterprises learned more from foreign advanced experience during the independent research and development. Combing with the “abnormal tension” found in production practice, the paper puts forward the main cause analysis and solutions for the three types of errors.
