Abstract: The paper introduces and discusses the bulk fiber dyeing process of flame-retardant acrylic fiber and flame-retardant viscose, and the spinning process parameter of multi-component flame-retardant colored spun yarn. By adjusting the dyeing process parameters, the fiber damage can be avoided, and the shade of flame-retardant bulk fiber can be guaranteed to be 4-5 grade, and the color fastness can be above 3-4 grade.Curing the fiber before spinning by controlling the relative humidity of each process at 60%-75%. In the end, Ne 40 flame-retardant colored spun yarn was produced. The yarns with two kinds of colors were of excellent quality, which could meet the production requirements in practical applications.
