Abstract: Basalt fiber is a high-performance fiber with excellent physical and chemical properties, which is attracting increasing attention. The paper introduces the development situation of basalt fiber in China and abroad, the production technology and performance of the fiber, and analyzes the factors restricting the development of China’s basalt fiber industry.
