Abstract: This paper mainly introduces the characteristics of cupro fiber and the difficulties in the weaving process. The test and analysis of the indexes of cupro yarn point out that its low yarn strength and poor wear resistance after dyeing lead to high warp stop and low speed efficiency of the loom. In an attempt to solve the related weave problems, the sizing process formula is adjusted to improve the yarn strength and wear resistance of cupro yarn. At the same time, through the comparison and selection of process parameters, the warp stop is reduced, and the operation speed and efficiency are improved.
