Abstract: Based on the characteristics of poor wear resistance, easy to generate static electricity, and bad pick-up of polyamide filaments, the paper formulates different slurry formulations and sizing processes,and optimizes the staple sizing machine. By testing and analyzing sizing quality indicators such as wear resistance rate and strengthening rate, the paper proposed the sizing process suitable for the production of polyamide filaments on the staple fiber sizing machine.
