Abstract: Spinning high-quality high-count yarn is one of the indicators to measure the technological level of enterprises and even the spinning industry. The paper introduces four key technologies that must be focused on in the actual production of high-count yarns, namely, selecting and matching raw materials,configuring spinning equipment, optimizing spinning technology, and managing the production site. In the end, the paper put forward four suggestions for the future development direction of high-count yarns, that is, expanding more raw materials options, taking 4-10 tex yarns as the leading product, further studying the spinning process, and developing the textile industry chain, etc., so as to make the high-count yarn produced more competitive in the market and create higher economic benefits for the enterprise.
