Abstract: This paper summarizes the technology of wash-free printing, foam printing and digital printing with disperse dyes. The dispersibility of liquid disperse dyes, the modification of binder and the factors affecting the performance of foam printing paste were emphatically analyzed. And the problems existing in the current ecological printing were summarized, and the paper put forward development ideas of ecological printing technology. For example, a series of auxiliaries with high dispersibility, good paste formation rate and excellent electrolyte resistance should be adopted in the preparation of new liquid disperse dyes; the performance of the adhesive can be improved by the introduction of hydrophobic silicon, fluorine and other elements, so as to improve its bonding with dye molecules and promote wash-free process; when preparing foam color paste, it is necessary to fully consider the influence of surface tension, surface charge, viscosity and other factors on the performance of foam color paste.
