Abstract: Warp-knitted seamless pantyhose is a one-time forming fabric produced by a double-bed raschel machine. Compared with weft-knitted seamless pantyhose, it has various styles, rich patterns, no stitches, and own properties like moisture absorption and wicking, and comfortable to wear. At present, the forming structure, product design theory and method, pressure comfort and computer-aided design of bottomed seamless fabric have been systematically studied in China and abroad. Taking warp-knitted seamless pantyhose as an example, this paper mainly studied its technological principle, design process and influence on its performance.
