Abstract: The aerogel fabric is designed and developed from the aspects of structure design, weaving,dyeing and printing by using the new aerogel thermal fiber. And the heat retention, moisture permeability and deodorization of the fabric are tested and analyzed. Results showed that the gram mass of the fabric was 13.8% ~ 17.0% lighter than the comparison samples, but its heat retention was 10.2% ~ 16.9% higher than the comparison samples; the indices of moisture absorption and permeability were far higher than the test standard; the removal rates of ammonia, acetic acid and isovaleric acid were 37.6%, 77.4% and 87.5%,respectively.
