Abstract: With people’s pursuit of casual, comfortable and green wearing, the lightweight garment has become a trend. The paper briefly introduces the concept of lightweight, and analyzes the trend requirements of the lightweight garment. Based on the enterprise’s practice, the paper introduces the related realization path of the lightweight garment, including lightweight structure, lightweight materials, lightweight technology, and presents the specific products of lightweight men’s suits. In the end, the paper summarizes key technology of lightweight, so as to provide a reference for the future intelligent manufacturing, such as flexible sewing technology, and machine replacement on labor employment.
