Abstract: The paper discusses the main weaving technology of hard-twist and light regenerated cellulose fabric, and analyzes its style characteristics and related weaving difficulties. In view of the problems such as fabric broken defects, filling bar and stop with broken ends of the warp and weft yarn, the key technical difficulties were predicted to reasonably adjust the related production parameters, including loom tension,opening process and weft insertion process, reducing the occurrence of the defects, so that the loom efficiency can reach the normal level. And the hard-twist and light regenerated cellulose crepe with dry and sandy handle can be successfully developed.
