Abstract: Compression products are widely used in the field of professional sports and daily sports, which has attracted researchers’ study on their function and mechanism. In order to understand the development direction of this field clearly and quickly, and to focus on the core of research objectively as well, the evolution and development trend of the research results of global compression clothes in the past 30 years were visualized and analyzed via CiteSpace software. The paper conducts comprehensive research on the relevant literature from the core symposia of Web of Science via the methods of co-citation analysis, doublemap superposition, keywords co-occurrence and mutation analysis to quantitatively analyze the research results in the field of compression clothing, providing a reference for future research trends and development directions of compression garment.
