Abstract: The paper uses graphene-modified polyester, outlast fiber, and long stapled cotton to design and develop three composite functional yarns with blending ratios of 50/30/20, 30/50/20, and 20/70/10, and carries out researches on their strength, tensile properties, uniformity of the strands, and thermal and antimicrobial properties. The results indicated that the electrostatic phenomenon of the outlast fiber will affect the yarn evenness of the blended yarn, and the increase of the outlast fiber content will reduce the breaking strength of the blended yarn. The increase in the mass fraction of the graphene fiber will cause the toughness of the blended yarn to decrease, and the thermal and antibacterial properties of the blended yarn are also affected by the different blending ratios of the fibers.
