Abstract: The current modern Raschel lace machine has been developed into the CNC-controlled one from the handwork and the mechanical age. CNC technology plays an important role in the diverse and personalized development trend of modern lace technology. By studying the traverse technology of CNC warp knitting machine, CNC jacquard technology and its influence on the design of the national elemental pattern, the paper points out that CNC technology meets the requirement for the high-quality and complex pattern, providing objective conditions for the study of Raschel’s design of national elements. To further understand and study the applicability of CNC technology for the design and application of national elements, people can better design and produce localized Raschel lace.
