Abstract: The “Belt and Road” Initiative has been proposed for five years. During this period, Chinese textile enterprises have actively responded to “go global” policies and established industrial chain cooperation with countries along the route. At the same time, the cooperation is extended from neighboring countries to Central and Eastern European countries and African countries, and the resources of the cooperative countries are effectively utilized. When enterprises explore overseas markets, they also encounter many problems, including the lack of innovative technical talents, the establishment of efficient management mechanisms, etc. In response to these problems, this paper analyzes the problems may be faced by the enterprises during their “go global” process, and discusses the reappraisal of overseas cooperation as well as model innovation.
