Abstract: In order to improve the protection effect and comfort of the waterproof & moisture permeable film, the bicomponent TPU/PAN electrospun waterproof & moisture permeable film was prepared. The paper carried out a comprehensive research on the effect of the parameters including solution concentration, spinning voltage and receiving distance on the nanofiber morphology. The results showed that the optimized condition of TPU nanofiber preparation is as follows: the mass fraction is 19%, spinning voltage is 33 kV,receiving distance is 35 cm, and feeding speed is 1.0 mL/h; while the optimized condition of PAN nanofiber preparation is as follows: the mass fraction is 11%, spinning voltage is 23 kV, receiving distance is 23 cm, and feeding speed 0.1 mL/h. When the mass ratio of the TPU and PAN was 7∶3, the TPU/PAN electrospun waterproof & moisture permeable film can obtain the optimal waterproof & moisture property, the moisture permeability is 13 200 g/(m2·24 h), hydrostatic pressure is 3 450 mmH2O.
