Abstract: Automatic production has become the inevitable trend for the textile and garment industry. And template technology is an important part of it. This paper introduces the structural design, production process and usage of non-ironing patch pocket template, and compares the traditional method with the patch pocket template to prove that manufacturing via template is more efficient than the traditional way. In the end, the paper analyzes the optimized design schemes of patch pocket template systematically when the patch pocket stitch width and the thickness of the fabric has changed.
