Abstract: In recent years, while the textile trade is driving China’s economic growth, it is also subject to the requirements of national security regulations and standards due to the quality of products, and the notification of recalls has occurred. This paper summarized four major international textile notification systems, and sorted out the notification and recall information of the Rapid Alert System for dangerous nonfood products (RAPEX), which report relatively frequently from 2008 to 2018. And the paper carried out the analysis on the notifying country, original country and reasons for these notifications of textiles, put forward the countermeasures based on that, and provided a reference for the R&D, production and trade of China’s textile export enterprises.
