ITMA ASIA + CITME 2018 will be held on October 15－19 at the new National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC) in Shanghai. It is said that the exhibition has attracted more than 1 700 exhibitors from 28 countries and regions including China, Germany, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, etc. And the upcoming session will hit new record in term of scale.

It is said that the exhibition will open 6 exhibition halls and the north hall in NECC for display. Among them, spinning machinery, chemical fiber machinery and nonwoven machinery exhibition area are concentrated in the No.1 and No.2 halls; weaving machinery exhibition area is concentrated in the No.3 hall; No.4.1 hall is the knitting machinery exhibition area; No.5.1 hall is the exhibition area for textile equipment, clothing machinery and printing machinery; and No.6.1 hall is for printing and dyeing machinery. Exhibition space by product category is in the following order: spinning machinery; printing & finishing machinery; knitting & weaving machinery.

The research and innovation zone will be unveiled at north hall for the first time. The host of the exhibition will provide subsidies for exhibitors who meet the requirements, so as to encourage industry-university-research cooperation, and promote cross-border exchanges and innovation integration.
