Abstract: In order to prepare a composite microfilm composite fabric with excellent heat preservation and thermoregulation performance, the effect of different adhesives on the preparation of composite fabric was discussed. Firstly, situ polymerization was used to prepare phase change microcapsules. The morphological and particle size distribution of microcapsules were characterized by SEM using phase change microcapsules with urea-modified melamine resin. The microcapsules were sieved onto the cotton fabric by dry coating with waterborne polyurethane and polyacrylate as the binder, and the morphology, heat storage performance, temperature rising and falling dynamics and washing durability were tested and analyzed. The results show that the temperature rising and falling rate of the two kinds of composite fabrics slowed down in the process of sudden change of temperature; the surface of the fabric was denser and smoother, with the enthalpy of melting up to 30.57 J/g, the thermoregulation time prolonged by 70%, and better wearing performance.
