Abstract: The paper discusses the influence of micro-dissolution treatment in Lithium Chloride/N,NDimethylacetamide solution on the reactive dyeing effects of hemp fabric. Several different processes were adopted for micro-dissolution treatment of hemp fabric, and then the fabric was dyed with reactive dyes, the K/S values and color fastness to rubbing of the samples were tested, and the optimal microdissolution process was selected, and based on which, the single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were carried out. Finally, the results show that, in the single-factor experiment, the best dyeing effect appeared at about 65 ℃ and the alkali dosage is at 35 g/L; while in the orthogonal experiment, the best dyeing effect appeared at 60 ℃ and the alkali dosage is at 40 g/L; and the mechanical performance of the dyed fabric is also perfect at that time.
