Abstract: Based on investigating the traditional business mode and the direction of transformation and upgrading of China’s garment industry, the paper discussed the importance and feasibility of D2C2M ecological chain platform for personalized customization, proposed the technology route of building the C2M platform by using big data and Internet technology, and pointed out that it is necessary to build an ecological platform with short circle economic effect which can connect designers, factories, manufacturers,merchandisers and customers.
