Abstract: In this paper, double-sided jacquard fabrics are designed and woven with pure cashmere yarn. These color-patterned fabrics are respectively woven into surface and inner layer exchange weave, stitching warp double weave and warp binding weave. The characteristics of these weaving methods are analyzed.And the warmth retention property and permeability of these fabrics are tested. The test results show that different double weaves have certain effect on warmth retention property and permeability. It provides reference for the design and development of thermal outerwear or shawls for autumn/winter season.
