Abstract: To produce green home-textiles, first green fibers should be used. The paper first analyzes some new requirements recently posed by consumers on bedding articles, which mainly include aesthetics, comfort, safety, eco-friendliness, healthcare, etc., and then it introduces several kinds of green fibers and their characteristics and their application potential in bedding articles.
