Abstract: This paper discussed the key factors to be noticed and technical measures to be taken during the design and production of wool-like fashion fabric woven with siro-spun polyester/viscose yarn. In the process of product design, the reasonable structure of the siro-spun yarn and the specifications of the fabric were designed in accordance with the properties of both polyester fiber and viscose fiber. In the production process, it is necessary to take measures such as vacuum steaming the yarn for twist setting before winding,controlling yarn tension during warping, adopting a process of “high tension, medium speed, large opening,late opening and low back rest” during weaving as well as going through a finishing process of wet decatizing, wet-dry finishing and softening, to guarantee smooth production of products.
