Abstract: Based on practical experience of developing polyester/ramie blended products, the paper analyzed and discussed the selection of raw materials as well as weave design, production process, technical requirements and fabric properties. To endow the resulted fabric with wool/ramie fabric look in terms of both the outer appearance and the internal quality, emphasis is played on the designing of the polyester/ramie fabric and the research of the finishing process.
