Abstract: In recent years, with the slowdown in the growth of textile economy and the rising of comprehensive costs of enterprises, the Chinese textile industry has entered into a new peak period of industry transfer. The paper tries to carry out a full-scale measurement and evaluation on the development of textile industry in some provinces and cities in China from the perspective of industry transfer by using factor analysis method, and it also analyzes the developing trend of industry transfer in China by discussing the influence of different factors, which provides a reference to the textile industry in facilitating its transformation and upgrading and optimizing geographical distribution of the industry.
