Abstract: From waste wool/polyester blended fabrics, the wool keratin is extracted by reduction C method.The wool keratin, PVA and NaCl are mixed to prepare spinning solutions. The nano-scale wool keratin /PVA regenerated fibers are produced by electrostatic spinning. The spun fibers are observed by SEM. By analyzing the impact of the solution concentration, the mass ratio of keratin and PVA and the voltage on spinning effect, the reasonable spinning process parameters are determined.
