Abstract: China’s “Zero Waste of Unwanted Clothes” Action is a public welfare activity jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Women’s Development Foundation, China National Textile and Apparel Council, etc. in 2014, which calls for Chinese garment brands to recycle and reuse discarded clothes. It promotes the concepts of love charity, environmental public interest, making the best use of everything and circular economy, etc. In the promotion process, innovative operation and management ideas were adopted, and the program was carried out in a healthy, controllable, standard and sustainable way and accepted by all social circles and it has become a program with certain social influence.
