Abstract: The paper studies the wearing properties of apocynum venetum knitted fabrics. First, it compared and analyzed the pure apocynum fiber knitted fabric with other knitted fabrics in three kinds of materials including apocynum/cotton blended yarn, pure cotton compact-spun yarn and pure wool yarn. Then it compared their wearing properties strength and elongation, drape, permeability, warmth retention property, antibacterial property, capillary effect and so on. It points out that the strength and elongation of the apocynum knitted fabric is outstanding, and the apocynum knitted fabric has good stiffness, good moistureabsorption and permeability, better antibacterial efficacy, and it is especially suitable for making summer clothing.
