Abstract: Bio-based polyamide fiber has good performance such as moisture-absorbent, breathable, soft and so on. This article introduces the design and development of single piqué fabric, lace-like single jacquard fabric, double three-color camouflage jacquard fabric, etc. with bio-based polyamide 56 yarn by discussing machine parameters, pattern and stitch design, process design, finishing process, and many other aspects in detail, which will provide referential basis for the further development of similar products.
