Abstract: In UK, recycling of used clothes is dominated by charity organizations. As early as the First World War, UK has introduced some acts to license charity do recycling affairs. Based on introducing the recycling and reuse ways and effects of used clothes by UK’s charity organizations, this article hopes to provide some references to domestic reclative industry.
