Abstract: In this study, an open-width continuous ecological dyeing and finishing pretreatment production line for cotton knitted fabrics was designed and developed, which integrated plasma, biological enzymes into an ecological dyeing technology. The technology was characterized by water-saving, emission reduction, energy saving, and efficient. Practice has proved that this technology could significantly improve production efficiency, product quality and production environment, and reduce raw material consumption and pollution;the technology is conducive to energy saving, mission reduction, and cleaner production.
