Abstract: The research progress about the current forming method of conductive circuits is introdnced. The authors point out the problems that exists in the forming methods of conductive circuits, such as sophisticated technic, poor flexibility, high cost, and put forward a new forming method of conductive lines on fabric surface—freeform fabrication with micro-droplet jetting conductive lines technic. In addition, the paper presents applications of conductive lines for smart textiles, information transmission, medical care, and points out the forming methods of conductive lines on fabric surface will be with intelligence, integration,comfort and low cost after analyzing different forming methods.
