Abstract: Based on PAN carbon fiber production line with annual output of hundred tons, the paper analyzed the composition of the carbon fiber production cost and the main cost factors of carbon fiber production. It suggested that the production cost should be controlled from large-scale production, process improvement and comprehensive utilization of resources.
