Abstract: Polyolefin tape yarn is widely used for packing industrial goods and commodities such as book,newspaper & magazine, bulk material, large-sized container and flaky chemical products. In recent years,great progress has been made in producing high-performance PET tape yarn with recycled polyester bottle chips. This paper introduces innovative PET tape yarn and multifilament tape yarn as well as related new processes.
