According to the data released by the National Bureau of Statistics, from January to June, the profit of China's industrial enterprises above designated size totaled about CNY 4.22 trillion, seeing a year-on-year rise of 66.9%, surged by 45.5% compared with the same period of 2019. The two-year average growth was 20.6%. In the first half of 2021, the profit of manufacturing industry totaled more than CNY 3.56 trillion, soared by 67.3% year-on-year.

From January to June, the main business income of textile enterprises above designated size reached over CNY 1.17 trillion, seeing a year-on-year growth of 18.9%. The profit of textile industry totaled CNY 44.6 billion, with year-on-year growth of 2.3%. While the main business income of enterprises above designated size in garment and accessories industry reached CNY 653.38 billion, up by 13.0% year-on-year. And the profit of garment and accessories industry reached CNY 27.4 billion, with year-on-year growth of 13.9%.

From January to June, the main business income of leather, fur, feather and their products and footwear industry reached CNY 505.88 billion, up by 11.8% year-on-year; their profit totaled CNY 24.35 billion, with year-on-year growth of 13.5%.

From January to June, the main business income of enterprises above designated size in chemical fiber manufacturing industry was CNY 476.01 billion, up 35.0% year-on-year; and its profit totaled CNY 32.66 billion, surged by 387.5% year-on-year. In June, the profit of industrial enterprises above designated size totaled CNY 791.80 billion, up 20.0% year-on-year.
