Abstract: This article outlines the standard development and technical requirements for air-jet vortex spun acrylic and lyocell blended yarns. It explores effective measures implemented across processes, including opening, carding, drawing, and air-jet spinning, to meet these standards. Results demonstrate that, by rigorously controlling the production process, optimizing process parameters, and enhancing operational management, it complies with the group standard T/CCTA 30515–2025 “Air-jet Vortex Spun Acrylic and Lyocell Blended Grey Yarn” for premium-grade products.
