Abstract: This paper investigates the application effectiveness of low-torque technology in color-spun yarns by retrofitting conventional ring spinning frames with low-torque devices and conducting comparative spinning quality tests on various color-spun yarn types. The results showed improved frame speed, reduced electricity use during spinning, and enhanced product quality. It also lowered operating costs for color-spun yarns and shortened lead times for bulk orders.
