Abstract: With the acceleration of the intelligent transformation of the textile industry, intelligent sliver can transport technology has become a key part of optimizing the production process in air-jet vortex spinning. In this paper, focusing on the intelligent sliver can transportation system and its practical application in airjet vortex spinning, the significant role of this technology in saving labor costs, reducing labor intensity reduction and quality improvement in air-jet vortex spinning is systematically analyzed. By comparing the production data of the traditional manual can exchange with that of the intelligent sliver can transportation system, the study validated its advantages in process transition efficiency, yarn quality stability, and sustainable development. Results indicate that intelligent sliver can transport technology can significantly reduce labor costs, increase overall equipment effectiveness by 1.5% to 2.0%, and lower hairiness rates caused by sliver damage by 1.5%. In the future, integrating intelligent sliver can transport with pre-drafting systems will further shorten production processes, propelling the textile industry toward intelligent and green development.
